The Lost orbit Summary     The Lost World by Michael C basston is a great science fiction novel nigh a group of scientists of different fields that go on an junket to anisland to bring back a rich and stubborn scientist from a bear witness communique thathe cared about more than his life.     The " unconnected world" is an island forth the coast of Costa Rica called IslaSorna on which a company named InGen (Short for International genetic science Corps.),genetically engineered and contrived dinosaurs which were extinct since 65million geezerhood. This island was used as an incubator for the dinosaurs beforethey were shipped to another island close by called Isla Nublar. Isla Nublarwas leased by InGen for a biological preserve for tourists to see the dinosaursat a received cost. After a tre custodydous tragedy at Isla Nublar, the company went boom and destroyed Isla Nublar. They did not bother to mess with Isla Sornabecause of pu blicity reasons. For six years no oneness knew about this lost world.Many ms thither were cases of large unknown animals at Costa Rica, but no onefound out what they actually were or where they had come from. A rich scientistnamed Dr. Richard Levine performed research on some of these animals and foundsome clues which led him to the lost island. He set out on a test expeditionwith his colleague to find out exactly if he was on the safe island. He missedhis boat back home to the states. So, he called his friend, Dr. Thorne with his major planet phone and left a message asking him to come ware to the island and take onon with the expedition. Dr. Thorne, Ian Malcolm, Dr. Sarah Harding , and twokids that sneaked in with them, went to the island to rescue Dr. Levine andexplore the behaviors of the dinosaurs on the island. When they get to theisland, they find out that they arent the only ones that were flavour fordinosaurs. Three men led by Dodgson from another genetics company ca lled Biosyn,were also there, looking for dinosaurs to open up their own theme park.     Many things go misuse on the island. Some of the people get too close tothe dinosaurs and they get into trouble, Sarah Harding takes a baby from theTyrannasauruss nest because it looked sick and the mother comes looking for herbaby.     This island was lost by InGen for six years, and it was the only placein the world that time had passed by.
